My understanding is that literally almost all global gains against poverty have come from China, you know the gains against poverty neoliberals like to attribute to neoliberalism?? Haha it's all been in China. China actually plans and builds infrastructure for people to use and live in. Remember all the articles about Chinese ghost cities, with the implication being that China was building a bunch of useless buildings to juice their GDP? Yeah people live in those now.

What "news"
Since 2015 they keep repeating the same shit in the news about the exact same navy shit with literally every article having the same fucking FLIR image of a tic tac thing but there has literally at no point been any new information for the last 7 fuckdamn years straight. It's been wild watching the same story get news play every few months for 7 ffucking years
So anyway what new information is there? Are there new images? Did they ever reveal literally anything about the supposed recovered materials Luis Elizondo and others claim to have had access to? Or is it more of the same old shit, AGAIN?

Oh man you should get a rowing machine, I got one for Christmas and have used it for like 180 days so far and let me tell you Im getting absolutely shredded. My beer belly has turned into shoulder and chest and bicep muscle and is now totally gone. My torso is like an inverted triangle, my lats are poppin, i got like dimples in my shoulders now above my armpit, shit's wild.
The key is doing it like every day and turning up the resistance if it gets easy. Also stretch a lot and look up what you're doing so you don't hurt yourself
