Hello all, Hexagon Bear here.

My brother and I are thinking about doing some research on rent control and public housing and making a video about it. Since Mamdami's win there's been a lot of buzz about it and we'd like to dispel some rumors and misconceptions.

I've found a ton of sources about it, but I was wondering if any of you have any good ones in favor of either of these, or about how these policies performed well in the past.
