Did you never make it to season 4? Castiel and Dean are probably the most popular ship for that show.

God told Noah to build the boat and only Noah and his family survived, so no, not the same story.

Or you just know that the people around you have their own issues or are incapable of being of help the way you need it... can we stop trying to make everyone feel lesser, please?

I have similar experiences with wanting to desperately be part of conversations, but not being able to expel the words.

Have you looked into selective mutism? Or being a highly sensetive person?

Are magic mushrooms considered to be a stimulant or a sedative? I thought they were hallucinogens.

EDIT:

Stimulant: an agent (such as a drug) that produces a temporary increase of the functional activity or efficiency of an organism or any of its parts.

Sedative: tending to calm, moderate, or tranquilize nervousness or excitement.

Hallucinagen: a substance that induces hallucinations.

Psylocibin: a hallucinogenic indole obtained from a fungus (such as Psilocybe mexicana or P. cubensis synonym Stropharia cubensis).

Again, I get where you're coming from.

The reality of the situation is that a movement is full of factions. People aren't a monolith and they think differently and feel differently. Jk Rowling considers herself a feminist, and she is an iteration of what a feminist can look like sadly.

Think of religious sects, they all fall under the same umbrella of Christianity or Judaism or what have you, but have radically different beliefs and feelings.

They get involved in protests and push their agendas just like any other group of people.

Or tankies! They fucking suuuuuuck and they are communist! I like communism by the way, but tankies can eat and then shit out some Lego blocks.

I get where you're coming from, but I vehemently disagree. That's just the no true Scotsman fallacy.

I agree that a lot of financially well off (mostly) white people need to start being held to the same standard as our most vulnerable groups. Throw them in prison for life for minor drug offenses too! Opiod abuse? Straight to jail. /s.

Sarcasm aside, I agree it would be nice to be able to hold everyone to the same standards, but I'm not interested in ignoring how the history of our country has shaped our now. This country was designed with racism as a key feature, and that history does still impact people today.

I think what's bringing us backwards is the sense of entitlement that some people have. They can't stand to see someone else get help or raised up in status, especially if they're not satisfied with their own place. They see equality as a lowering of their own station, not helping someone else.

Roman's left their names all over the place as tourists, ancient Egyptian workers left graffiti at their worksites, and Pompeii basically used walls as message boards.

I'm conflicted, on one hand I love that people want to leave a trace of themselves behind. That feels beautiful in a way, even if I think the message they leave is silly. It also leaves something for our ancestors to hopefully find if something happens, and that's delightful to think about.

On the other hand, I loath selfish entitled people.
