Being that openly racist was mainstream as all hell in 60s, 70s, and barely tamed in the 80s and 90s - and even then only replaced by euphemisms like “urban single mothers” etc.

The one or two decades in which it was impolite to be overtly racist were the exception.

What annoys me is that probably some uncle wanted to know exactly how related to “the old country” he was and now a 50% DNA match to me just got sold.

Imagine a world where china cures cancer look of visible disgust or ends poverty for all its citizens… this could soon be reality and that’s a threat to our national security. We must ensure china does not cure cancer now as a matter of urgency.
