Beaker should be an Iranian nuclear scientist. He'd be unassinatable.

Yeah. Sometimes they're owned by the owners, sometimes they're just happy to let them chill there each day because they keep pests and rodents away.

To be fair, lots of places have shop cats like that, especially in hot places where the cats use the shops and stall awnings to chill in the shade. I've been to towns in Turkey and Spain for example that have statues to infamous or long standing shop cats.

Trump definitely needs to get his nickname game back.

At this rate he's gonna have to settled for Zleepy Zo. Embarrassing. Sad.

John Oliver basically moved to the US so he could still pretend to be centre-left. If a prominent soc-dem shift in the Democratic party happens he'll probably move to Israel to keep it going.

What are US libel laws like?

Because Corbyn successfully sued a lot of the most prominent ghouls who would just openly call him a racist or a terrorist and then used that money for good causes.

From what I've seen on Twitter in the last 24hrs as the entirety of New York's wealthy elite openly call Zohran a terrorist and jihadist he could probably fund the cities education budget by doing the same.

Yup. Which is why they need 100% control & subservience of all spectrums over government and control. Their position is at once incredibly powerful and incredibly brittle.

I don't read a lot of games writing because a) most of it is pish and b) there's too much else to read but I really enjoyed this one.

This bit genuinely made me lol:

Books FIFA 2003 and SimCity 3000 computer games.

Soccer makes me feel empty and I barely know how to read, so the first two mean nothing to me

Same. mao-red-book (Actually it was mostly the new, early Terry Prattchet Discworld books back then. But a lot of those have pretty based politics too)
