If companies won't sell you a DRM-free copy of media, just pirate it. It's the only way to actually own it.

Same. I prefer reading to watching videos since it's easier to scroll to the information I need.
This is definitely true for me. I think way too much about the consequences of my actions and I could never work in a job where you're rewarded for tricking customers or being dishonest.

Threads is view-only without the app, so no using it on PC. Probably because they wouldn't be able to get as much data. I would never use it anyway but it's so stupid.

Christmas is extremely profitable, so corporations want to extend it as much as possible. In the UK, shops sell christmas stuff in august now. It's ridiculous. Also, everything has to have festive packaging, even products that have nothing to do with christmas.
