The ryona one isn't accurate and I wouldn't recommend that one personally due to the people behind it, ~~but I just double checked and we can still see Lemmygrad users posts as of 2 days ago so they're not defederated even though the ryona one has it.~~ looks like it actually says when it got removed from the blocklist on there, but that one still hasn't updated to show the new blocked instance yet
The reddthat.com/instances one is accurate, it had the new defederated instance pop up recently
