Return it. Tell the company you bought it from that the delivery driver threw it at your door and that you tested it, found unacceptable defects, want a replacement and will not accept another delivery that is handled carelessly.

To me, it doesn't matter who delivers what, it could be a foam yoga block for all I care, if I catch them throwing it they're being thrown under the bus for not doing their job properly.

It gets much, much worse

Have a quick search of the MKultra project 68. They took people from Canadian psychiatric wards, drugged them to induce a coma, blocked their eyes and ears, then played a repeating sentence every minute of every day in an attempt to 'cure' them.

One victim was kept in this condition for over 100 days.

I wonder if that has anything to do with their distinct drop in subscriptions after they bumped their pricing up and told everyone "You get ads now, deal with it or pay more."

Ah yes, thank you Times of Israel for your unbiased and fair look into the thoughts of the people fighting against complete eradication by the hands of the country you are propagandists for.

I bought a TKL massdrop ctrl with some 68g switches, added some POM keycaps because the stabilisers all started to snap on my polycarb/ABS caps, and haven't felt the need to change anything else since

Had a pair of red lens aviators back in the day and my god did they make my brain happy, 0% blue light, everyone looks at you like you're some kinda weirdo (and the weirdos know you're one of them). Only downside is everything goes green when you take them off.

Strontium Aluminate powder (for when you want a clear paint or lacquer to glow for HOURS, wear gloves though, it's like glitter if you spill any)

Also try Dosidos and Wedding Cake :D

In my mind it's because starting training to take care of your physical health is one of the first steps toward training your brain to take care of yourself as a whole.

It's also a lot easier to feel better about your existence if you have the physical ability to do get up and spend it doing something that gives you joy, like going for a longer walk than usual because the weather hits right

There's also potential link to how we as a species have survived- we had to keep moving to stay alive, so our brains throw a wobbly if we don't.

That's the false dichotomy im talking about, while it is entirely possible for more than one pedo to exist, it is entirely possible for someone to not trust the courts and still for a court case they agree with to convict someone (a stopped clock is right twice a day kinda bullshit)

Kevin spacey is the last person I'd call innocent, what with the distinct number of people that go against him get involved in mysterious fatal...accidents

And his 'I'm back' and 'kill them with kindness' videos

Its also a false dichotomy to say that a legal system such as America's is going to treat trump and spacey the same way and 'they can't acquit one and convict the other when they both did the same crime' They went up against VERY different courts under distinctly different circumstances (despite both of them diddling kids)

To tack on to the "Exercise really helps" messages; I can definitely recommend checking your local areas for things like climbing or bouldering gyms (Bouldering is the one where the wall is shorter but more 'technical' and you use crash mats instead of ropes) The people that frequent these gyms are usually real welcoming to new climbers, and the sport itself is a satisfying mix of having a low cost to entry, only being as difficult as you want it to be, thrilling when you finally figure a route or feel yourself progressing, and a little mentally involved (planning routes, judging distances and learning safe techniques)

(There's also a lot to be said for just going for a walk, since that's so cheap it's free, but there isn't aircon :D)
