Every dollar given to social services circulates 10 through the economy so... it does, actually, go a long way towards fixing the problem.

Ooof, there's just too many items on that calendar to make sense of though. Anybody have tips on how to navigate this resource?

There are no consequences for landlords who break the rules. This will not end well, unless something changes dramatically - and soon.
