They do, but "rightsholders" suck harder. And the tech companies oppose the measures the rightsholders are pushing them to adopt.

Here, the enemy of my enemy may not be my friend, but they aren't my enemy.

You don't need your birth certificate or social security card. They are easy to replace. A birth certificate is a public record: you can order it from whatever government agency handles vital records in the county of your birth.

Social security card is marginally more difficult, but if you know the number, it is surprisingly easy. Just go down to the nearest social security office with your story, and they'll get it sent to you.

You can only do it like 6 times in your life, but you rarely need the card itself anymore.

Raising sales tax won't do a fucking thing. The increase needs to be on property taxes, so it recurs year after year. And it needs to apply to everyone except owner-occupants. Investors need to abandon renting as a viable business model. They can replace it with private mortgages and land contracts (contract for deed, rent to own) arrangements where the "tenant" gains equity and is considered an owner-occupant.

Dance halls and hotels don't have "safe harbor" provisions as a matter of law, and their services to performers are not deemed a "human right".

The human capacity for reason is greatly overrated. The overwhelming majority of conversation is regurgitated thought, which is exactly what LLMs are designed to do.

If your floor is so dirty that you can't use the flashlight technique, it's time to pick up a broom...

Lay a flashlight on the floor.

In the horizontal beam of the flashlight, every mote of dust will cast a long shadow. Something as large as a tiny screw becomes easily visible.

Two options.

  1. Dump her ass yesterday.

  2. She trusts ChatGPT. Treat it like a mediator. Use it yourself. Feed her arguments back into it, and ask it to rebut them.

Either option could be a good one. The former is what I'd do, but the latter provides some emotional distance.

I think it correlates more strongly to the prevalence of pornography. Mainstream movie scenes look fake and contrived, because they are. As unrealistic as pornography is, that is actually a dick, and it is actually going in a vagina.

When your mainstream movie sex scene is going to be compared (unfavorably) to a scene of two people actually fucking, why bother even shooting it?

No, but I can almost always check the modlog ~~when~~ if a user complains

FTFY.
