Ich bin einen Kilometer von der fotografierten Stelle aufgewachsen und kenne die Wiesenstraße. Die war immer schon recht schmal, aber ich bin da bei der Einschätzung der Verwaltung: Mit der gebotenen Tempo-Disziplin und etwas Fähigkeit am Steuer hätten die Autofahrys da eigentlich keine Probleme.
Eine Umfahrung würde vermutlich zwei Kilometer Umweg durch Wohngebiete erfordern, wo die Straßen auch nicht gerade breit sind und Tempo 30 gilt. Es gibt da tatsächlich keinen Spielraum, den ich bei der Routenführung für Kfz sehe.
Ist da nicht gut machbar, weil es keine halbwegs parallel verlaufenden Alternativen für die Gegenrichtung gäbe. Wenn man eine Einbahnstraße draus macht, ist die Verbindungsfunktion der Straße futsch.
Die Breite der Straße wäre auch ausreichend, wenn die Leute vernünftig Auto fahren könnten. Da aber gefühlt 80% der Autofahrer keine Vorstellung mehr von der Breite der Fahrzeuge haben, klappt das mit dem Begegnungsverkehr nicht mehr.

Global users can unlock Xiaomi phones, but have to jump through more hoops and deal with restrictions. For example, there now seems to be a daily limit on how many devices their server accepts to unlock. Took me three tries to be successful in the "first come, first serve" line.
Afaik, Chinese users are now dependent on paid services to unlock their phonew for them. How they get around the official restrictions? I don't know.
More recent Xiaomi phones for the Chinese market have locked bootloaders. Their European counterparts can still be unlocked, but they have tightened that as well, supposedly because the CCP told them to.
