Active commuting and some forms of VR gaming are also good ways to get exercise (although gaming may be more inconsistent, unless you become like a beatsaber leaderboard grinder or something). I need to get back to exercising regularly again...

Being active can also make it harder to eat certain junk foods as you can tell the difference better when physically active.

I thought normal metabolism burns random fat though. Normally (not losing weight and not changing hormones), you would just be regaining that fat as quickly as it is burned though an equilibrium. On HRT, you wouldn't replace that incidental fat burn, so even if you don't lose weight, I think you should be eventually lose fat in those places?

Lack of taste is great. Reading is hard, but it's great being able to watch a bunch of trash shows and still enjoy them. Like, trash can be watched at any time. Good stuff, I sometimes find myself avoiding because I'm too tired to focus or wanting to multitask...

I typically take mine shortly after waking, but sometimes it's don't get around to it until right before I leave for work. Then take it sometime between getting home from work and bed, usually closer to bed if I didn't take em until right before work. I go into work at a variety of times and wake at a variety of times. So... Basically I don't have a schedule.

I have a weekly amount/pm pill organizer, so that's how I avoid double-taking. For shots, I have it on my calendar.

Yeah, but workers are not making millions. I guess a lot of compensation for those who make that kind of money is a bunch of mutlimillionaires/billionaires who just keep adding each other to boards and executive positions so that the others will reciprocate. A small in-group where they don't really care about each other, but if they violate the unspoken rules, they'll be cut out in the future.

And since they aren't actually working, of course they don't "retire"....
