It feels wrong calling myself a woman when my voice and body are the way they are, like, it feels like I don't deserve to call myself that when I haven't really done anything 
I know this is all just 
and I don't owe anyone anything to be able to call myself a woman, but it still crosses my mind frequently and it bothers me a lot. Hopefully I can get out of this living situation and get to a point to where I feel comfortable transitioning, but it's really looking like I'm going to be locked into this for another couple of years at least.

Honestly, I'd just take this as a chance to move away from Google. Find some public SearxNG instance and use that instead, much more private, better search results since it uses multiple search engines under the hood, and you get to keep results from Google if you want.
Change browser.urlbar.update2.engineAliasRefresh to true then go to Settings -> Search -> Search Shortcuts (at the bottom) -> Add. No extension needed. :)
