Maybe he'll mix up the lists and end up getting the Federalist Society picks?

It's fine, my product owner doesn't know what a sandwich is supposed to look like, so it passed, I can spend another few hours on the user story next sprint to correct this.

Here's a simple explanation.

The title reminds me of my silliest Reddit ban. I was banned for suggesting that Clarence Thomas be crushed by a sea mine.

My Morrowind save has long since devolved into designing my own adventures, battles, and objectives. It doesn't matter where I find myself, because I have decades of headcanon to inform my next actions.

Super old article.

It applies generally to anyone involved in a program receiving federal funding.

In a lot of cases, while I am frustrated by them, I don't entirely fault them.

Theory is dense and written in an antiquated way since the base of it is over 200 years old. Folks often try to find a summary, which can lead to a whole slew of rightwing disinfo. On top of that, anarchism has been actively maligned in the US since the dismantling of unions in the 1920s and communism has been since the cold war, so people often have to overcome their initial misconceptions before they can even begin to learn.

I'm not aware of any states where the attorney general can block introduction of legislation.

It really should have to pass some form of nonpartisan review before being able to be introduced. I hate that as a private citizen, I have to track possible legislation and make time during the day to tell them that it's clearly unconstitutional, have them pass it anyways, and then wait between 2-10 years for the courts to tell them (maybe).

In general, what it seems like they want is to prevent social progress, and by having an absurd protest against nothing, they're trivializing protest. It's similar to the Republican impeachment attempts of executive branch members, the objective isn't to get the person removed, it's to make it seem mundane.
