I heard it’s cool sci-fi with some connections to the cultural revolution in China. Is it rabidly anti communist or actually kinda based? I love some good sci-fi so I might watch it either way, but I prefer space communism ideally

Really makes it clear just how useful these CEOs are day to day

Hey even a broken clock is right twice a day. Disney clearly shouldn’t be that powerful, but at least this one instance was for some decent stuff

On a local level, elections can be much easier to make an impact on material conditions. Also good practice for organizing and meeting your community

Always has been

I’ve been looking into joining a Marxist group in my area (I’m based in the belly of the beast of imperialism), is there a good place for honest reviews of some of these groups? It seems like there’s more than I would’ve thought and I’m not sure how much sense it’d make to join multiple. They have a lot of similarities for sure, but I want to be doing more praxis and less posting

Insanely doomer vibes. America is clearly deeply fucked up, but if everyone leaves instead of fighting it’ll only get worse. The struggle is hard but can be worth it in the long run

Lmao even the pic he uses of American HSR doesn’t remotely exist. China is setting the standard on this stuff and the rest of the world needs to catch up sooner rather than later

I feel that. I was raised in a religious household and had some weird beliefs, but time and education has made me a communist.

based. People usually become more conservative as they gain wealth. But anyone born after like 1970 has never had that happen because neoliberalism has concentrated all the wealth
