Small, very concentrated convection ovens. I have both a medium sized convection oven and an air fryer. They do different things well.

I can bake stuff in my convection oven but would never try to get a crisp fried chicken from it.

People kind of just suck at writing in general. It's not a skill that's valued so much, otherwise writers, editors, and proofreaders would be paid more.

I really like this one for certain genres like Funk or RnB that are generally more energetic and spontaneous when performed live. Helps the recorded material feel a little more alive.
