Georgia Constitution says the governor can't pardon. There's a board of corrections or something, that you go through for a pardon. Which can't happen until 5 years after your sentence is carried out.

I was homeless in SF and Marin County a while back in the early eighties. Spent many years in southern California. Now 20 years in Georgia. That was a lot of back story to say I was expecting crazy and annoying homeless people and feces everywhere when I went back on vacation three years ago.
