I went to DR for my honey moon (long before i was a commie) and all the resorts in DR were staffed exclusively with haitians. Seeing all the tent cities outside the resort walls was also radicalizing. Fuck the DR

AMD cpu + nvidia gpu is pretty much optimal for performance. You can use an AMD gpu if you want to go cheaper, though, as long as you aren't playing at 4k you'll be fine.
vic 3 has so many good ideas but the implementation of them is just so bad
It sucks that new phones removed the light. most of them have replaced it with having the screen always be on at low brightness to display notifications or whatever. I always turn that off, though. Sometimes you just have to get use to it

If you disagree with their argument/points at all they instantly think you're a bot and start screaming 'Hanlon's razor' or 'Occams razor' or 'strawman' or 'appeal to authority'. They can't imagine that someone would come to a different conclusion than them about something.
Yeah its a known bug, i think its fixed in 0.19.4, which should be released in the coming weeks i believe.
I mean, all game enemies technically read inputs, but what was especially annoying about this character is that he has attack chains that specifically wait for you to do inputs like attack or dodge before he launches his attack, like in here 'https://v.redd.it/qrpsnj3s2e9b1' where he holds his staff up waiting for PC to do something.
Anyways, all the bosses in this game felt super cheaty like that.
