Follow whatever instructions they give you when it comes to waiting on exercise/sex. In the moment it'll definitely feel fine, but you will be punished later. Speaking from experience lol.

As far as my experience, I wasn't one of the fast recovery period guys. But even then it wasn't too bad, I just moved around and did things carefully, tried not to push it (ex. going on long walks without very supportive underwear). I'd sometimes have discomfort after sex, but that was usually my fault if you know what I mean. It's hard for me to place exactly when I felt totally normal, but I'd say within a month or two I stopped having to be careful about the way I did things. But that's just me, and I did have an injury back in the day that may have been the reason why it took me a minute to feel totally normal.

I used to live in a rural area with a lot of small farms and there was this loophole where you'd pay a company for partial ownership of a cow, and then they'd deliver raw milk to you. This was their way around laws prohibiting the sale of raw milk, since if you own a cow you're allowed to drink the milk raw if you want.
