What a ridiculous statement from a silly man. There can be no """"""""""peace"""""""""" summit without Russia.

Circumventing sanctions and strengthening ties with the likes of China, Iran and North Korea has allowed him to pivot his economy on to a war footing.

Ah yes, they only did it with the help a country that is about to collapse any moment, a pariah state in the Middle east and the gulag-country where everyone is starving. At the start of the war the liberals were gleefully saying how Russia's GDP is lower than that of Texas, and yet with the help of three (supposedly poor) countries they were able to out-produce and out-match the might of the combined power of Western rich and thriving economies. I know I shouldn't let it, but liberal cognitive dissonance really annoys me.

The south keeps sending balloons filled with bullshit, so the north is just returning the gesture.

Yup, that's what I got from it.

"Shitballoons, Randy!"

South Korea's military confirmed on Wednesday that North Korea had sent over more than 260 balloons carrying feces and trash to the South on Tuesday night, marking the largest-ever daily balloon launch from the North.

Some balloons were still airborne on Wednesday morning.

North Korean defector groups occasionally launch balloons containing materials denouncing the Kim Jong-un regime.

Tuesday's incident of launching “dirty balloons” is not unprecedented. A similar event occurred in 2016 when North Korea sent balloons packed with cigarette butts and used toilet paper.

Hilarious if true.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has urged Western leaders to pressure Russia into peace using "all means" necessary.

Mr Zelensky has long said he will not negotiate with Russia directly until Moscow's forces leave all Ukrainian territory, including Crimea.

His call, however, comes as Russia makes gains against Ukraine, with Kyiv suffering from a shortage of Western-supplied weapons.

This is one of the prettiest flags out of all the Soviet Socialist Republics. That sea on the bottom is just super aesthetic.

Night Terrors (lemmygrad.ml)

Fuck. I shouldn't have trusted that dream, things were going too well. Then bam! It had me and wouldn't let go.

The "sleep foundstion" says:

Night terrors are intense episodes of fear or terror during sleep, often accompanied by screaming or flailing. Experts recommend against waking someone up who is experiencing a night terror.

The screaming and flailing is actually to wake up. Either to wake yourself up or have someone hear you and wake you up. The "sleep foundation" doesn't know shit. "Parasomnia", they gave it a scientific-sounding name so I guess they're the experts.

Sure it can be PTSD, or anxiety, but what if there are actually dream entities that feed on our fear? I wanted to write "evil dream entities" the first few times, but now I'm thinking why would they be evil? It's not their fault or choice they feed on fear, the lion isn't evil for being a carnivore and feeding on the gazelle (yeah, there was no metaphor I could think of in which the supposed dream entities aren't the predator lol). But lion might be the wrong one, spider is a better one cause I didn't feel hunted, I felt ensnared.

I had to write this post cause I couldn't risk going back to sleep so soon after, that's how they get you again. After some time the entities move on. But it's probably PTSD and anxiety.

The firepower imbalance might prove decisive as the battle rages on. Sensing an opportunity and apparently feeling confident in their chances, Russian commanders have shoved the 15th and 74th Motor Rifle Brigades into the salient along with elements of the 90th Tank Division and some special forces.

At least seven Ukrainian brigades and a separate battalion are fighting back: the 23rd, 25th, 47th, 100th and 115th Mechanized Brigades, the 25th Air Assault Brigade, the 3rd Assault Brigade and the 425th Assault Battalion. The brigades typically deploy just one battalion at a time.

It’s apparent the Russians have, in all, more than 10,000 troops in or near the salient. Just 3,000 or so Ukrainians oppose them, if the Center for Defense Strategies’ estimate is accurate.

Reza Pahlavi, the eldest son of the last shah of Iran, is the founder and leader of the National Council of Iran, an exiled opposition group, and a prominent critic of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s Islamic regime.

He said there had been a “weak approach” by Western leaders “on both sides of the Atlantic” towards the Islamic Republic and called for a “reset” of Europe’s relationship with Tehran, starting with proscribing the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terror organisation.

Can we stop calling things that aren't viruses and bacteria "epidemic"? There is nothing in fentanyl itself that makes it spread. Just like we don't have an anxiety or depression "epidemic", but many people are anxious and depressed. Ascribing agency to things, removes agency from the people (agents) who actually spread/sell that stuff.

Same people will tell you the EU is not at war with Russia.

According to media reports, this includes a €100 billion war fund for Ukraine over the next five years.

Expect every current NATO country government to lose popularity while denouncing anti-war parties/policies as "Putinist" and "pro-Russia". They'll use that excuse to silence these voices, if not outright imprison people.

Europe is already passing legislation and setting the stage to "counter disinformation" and "Russian influence". That's how the liberals plan on maintaining their grip on power.
