Well, I could build a little power station, where itself has control over

But yeah, of course I can always pull the plug - but I could also always cancel a subscription or force a delete of its memory, because of privacy rights

So doesn't really matter if it's remote or local...

All in all with you, just scrolled though the Manjaro page and saw that the Neo is advertised as having 2 mics

Equipped with built-in pickup and noise cancellation dual microphones, this device ensures clear and uninterrupted voice communication with teammates even in noisy environments. https://neo.manjaro.org/

I'm not sure, if I would like to run a potential e-gf on a remote server, trusting a company to keep the service live

If people are that emotionally involved, it seems just naturally, that they like...wanna live together

And the power imbalance will always be there.
On one side is a human being on the other side a statistical db/sentence generator

Why is that worse?

Was more meant as a joke, because an hour seemed really much to me - although it probably shouldn't

But looking at your training plan, this looks much relaxed than I'd have expected

Still, an hour is much commitment, respect

Like Orcas - still not seeing their sea cities though, but they pass on knowledge and grandma stays around teaching, although she can't produce offspring anymore

I'm also having much less bees (and most other insects, besides some pests) around here, even my tomatoes on the balcony are not fruiting, because there seem to be no pollinators

I'm in Austria/Europe btw

1 whole hour? Oo

Yeah, because authoritarian systems always fail, without exception

The only real solution is to remove authority and bring society to adult level - better the other way round though.

I think 4chan sadly always was kind of a mirror of society

hi all!

first off, sorry, I'm completely new with Jerboa (and also Lemmy). but sometimes it seems I can't directly open links in posts.

the upper post has this issue (I can still copy the link, but there is no way to directly open it), the lower post in the screenshot has the link functioning.

am I missing something?

thanks for any suggestions!

edit: it seems sometimes the thumbnail isn't loaded correctly. so just "clicking" into the empty dark space on the right opens the link.

at least for me that has worked now in every case. (sorry for also posting a comment with the same content, mis-clicked and I let it stay, if someone only checks new comments or something)

edit 2: I think this is a Lemmy, and not Jerboa, bug, because I think this two are the same:

seems some images aren't processed correctly, when it's an image post. all my Pixsl 7 Pro photos aren't working, but are shown without problems, when inserted in the post body or a comment
