I got a C in GCSE Geography so I know more than this guy!

Why not? Are my posts not good enough for you Mr Bluesky?

Given the batshit crazy other people that seem to be put into the other positions... I assume this guy doesn't believe in money and thinks they should instead switch to a system where basic necessities and housing are provided by your employer, and everything else must be earned through hard work and a points system at your company and government run stores... right?

Or is it even crazier than that 😅

Boomers are all bigoted, sexist, climate change denying pieces of shit?

... kinda a shitty take there mate. Lots of them are terrible, but so aye lots of people from other generations too, and tarring them all with the same brush is only going to alienate the good ones and make them quite reasonably dislike you.

This is fucking hilarious, best news I've heard in forever.

I'm always annoyed when people say "You should just get therapy", because of how completely inaccessible it is to those of us not wealthy enough to be in the upper middle class, which is most of us these days.

They're basically saying "Your problems are fixable but only if you've got thousands of pounds to throw away on a therapist, if you're a normal working class person you're fecked".

You might as well be saying "Homeless? Just buy a house duuh".

I know you yourself mean well (and you do use the "practical" caveat which is appreciated), I don't mean to sound overly harsh, it's just this comes up a lot and as someone suffering greatly from mental illness destroying my life that I can't afford to get treatment for it's very depressing :-(

*American politics.

My own nation's leader was banging on about wanting to push to be a leader in climate change action just a few days ago, it made various headlines.

It's not like we're all suddenly going to forget what's happening around us because some other country just elected it's first self-admitted Dictator.

Americans can't possibly be that far up their own arses.

Is IPFS something your family and friends check on regularly? I don't even know what it is.

Considering your reluctance to give any information about your assertion that such a project using it becomes useless, I'm not sure you know what it is either :P

Damn, you had a shot at Attorney General?

I keep reading it as Mark Gatiss and thinking Huh, strange choice but he seems a decent bloke

I've met plenty of Tories and their ilk, but none of them would vote for someone they publicly think is basically Hitler.

This bloke's thought processes are so alien to us they I don't think we'll ever understand him, sadly.

Probably the Tories

Hello fellow Boosters! :-D

Apologies if I'm missing something obvious here, 😅 I saved a comment I'd like to go back to the other day but don't recall exactly what it was (darn my poor ADHD memory), and so I wanted to scroll through my saved/favourited comments to find it.

When I go to the "Saved" tab it lets me scroll through saved posts, but I can't find any way to switch to scrolling through saved comments, so I'm not sure how I'd go about finding them?

Thanks!
