Ah, so the count in the top right is the total, taking the number of upvotes and subtracting the downvotes.

If you're using jerboa then I'd recommend just going to a web browser and following the links their. Linking throughout the fediverse isn't quite optimal yet. I did hear there was a change proposed to the UI to fix that at least on the web, jerboa would need an update after that I imagine.

There's been an update (0.33 - on github) that has fixed the font size issue for me.

I think anarchychess is planning exactly that. They're private today (Sunday) and going unmoderated on Monday.
