JPEG stands for Joint Photographic Experts Group. So by the other user's logic, you shouldn't be using the hard /p/ sound.

How do you pronounce JPEG?

Definitely a glitch in the matrix.

I remember reading somewhere that Hollywood picked up on audiences' propensity to be more emotionally invested in the well-being of dogs, even if they're unnamed brand new characters and there are humans dying all around them.

Which one though?

In that case, you could skip the first two seasons. Season 3 is really where it starts to get better. It's where the phrase "grow its beard" came from.

And what's the premiere date if you do want to watch the trailer?

I actually knew that. I was just trying to make a funny. But it failed.

It's the same on Threads. Half the posts are about Twitter and it's exhausting.

I have issues with acronyms. For example, SMS: Is it activateSms or activateSMS? What about smsPermission vs sMSPermission?

I think it's as alien of the week as we can get while still having meaningful character growth. Each episode is pretty well contained and can be enjoyed in a vacuum. Yes, you get more enjoyment from seeing the payoff of character arcs and relationships, but I don't think that's a bad thing. Even classic 90s Trek had season long arcs and rewarded viewers who joined in every week.
