Is it possible for the disease to mutate so it can infect non-mosquitos? The disease would have many opportunities if its in the fluids mosquito spits into what ever it bites.

They have no guilt. They likely see rest of us as weak and stupid, worthy only of being exploited.
To me, claiming imperial system is better than metric comes off just as blind arrogance. Its "american" system thus criticising it is like personally attacking them. At least I cant rationalise it in any other way.
If you live in society with other humans, politics will involve you because it literally means things that concern everyone. People not wanting anything to do with it just means democracy isn't working.

Considering how morally bankrupt humanity still is, this is terrifying possible technology. Imagine people being condemned to "hell" or broken, copied and used as enslaved mind for some robot shell. (I know it still couldnt do anything to you personally, just make copy of you.)

Anything that gets reduced, banned, restricted or anything like that will be available for the rich as it always has been. So most definitely the rich will be eating beef and endangered species like before. You can get anything with money and influence in this world. Why would this be any different?
