I’m guessing because the crust can be delicious on its own when the pizza is made by someone who knows their shit. Or, just drop a bit of olive oil on that fucker, no extra stuff needed.

Of course it’s a matter of taste. The more dipping sauces and strong, complex flavors you use, the more you need them. There’s nothing bad about it, but it is pretty cool to be able to appreciate simple tastes, as getting those right is way harder when cooking.

And by the same principle, you could shine a powerful laser towards a very reflective sail and actually move, with the laser as a part of the boat.

I too always found this very funny. Confuses the hell out of people who just understood why the OP would not work.

It should be a free service anyway. Without free public transport, democracy does not exists. Same reason healthcare and education should be. So sure, you are “stealing” a ride - something that should be yours anyway because people are not born with the ability to travel kilometers of cityscapes, something that is now mandatory to survive and thrive.

Man those long stretches of nothing sound amazing. Where I live towns bleed into one another pretty much. You gotta really move a lot to find somewhere relatively untouched.

If this refers to docker compose, I think all that does is put them in the same network.

This is what being wise is.

Or more likely, how will they keep us divided without literally keeping us divided? The rich live in a border-free world anyway.

I wonder if they can see a bit more of the infrared, enough to see the depth sensor lights when the camera turns on.

I don’t think so, as being colored blue at room temperature and burning blue are different things. If you think about it, when you burn colored paper you don’t get a correspondingly colored flame.

A hidden advantage of removable batteries is that you can turn your end of life phone into a small wall mounted screen powered by mains. With batteries, you are mounting a fire hazard to your wall.

If my last 3 smartphones had replaceable batteries, they would all be in use right now.

Anybody knows if it's gonna get a third season?

I liked it. Any other fans?
