no one QA'd this AAA game

Actually, that game breaking bug was caught weeks ago by QA. Unmoving deadlines set by upper management meant that a fix couldn't be made in time for the content schedule.

I hope they follow the lead of the Italian syndicalist union that took over a factory and started manufacturing ebikes

The real answer is that over the decades of progressively more ossified leadership, Republicans have moved to the conservative position of ruling rather than representing. If something prevents them from ruling, then they dismantle it. The final obstacle preventing them from ruling is democracy itself.

Just a tip, in political circles acceleration is generally a term to avoid. It's a loosely defined, dogshit ideology. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Accelerationism

I don't know what you want me to explain. There are only a handful of countries on the Indian subcontinent that could, in any sense, be called India's "historical borders". It's literally the same as any other fascist colonizer belief.

About as complicated as the CIA funding the Taliban, sure.

2 men stand on opposite sides of a valley. "Meet me in the middle", said the man on the right. The man on the left takes a step forward. The man on the right takes a step back. "Meet me in the middle", the man on the right says again.

Looks like this jackass of a CEO kept trying to meet in the middle.

I'm not familiar with the politics of Modi's party, but if I had to guess based on "historic borders", that would probably be Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Nepal.

There are hundreds of mosquito species, and only a couple dozen decided to evolve into little bastards. Let's give them hell

Classic Jacobin, several months late on important news /s

Seriously though, while the article primarily focuses on the rule change from last year, the backdrop is necessary to cover what seems to be the first case since the rule was established. It can never be understated how important this NLRB ruling actually is. The laws still need to be updated to reflect modern union busting tactics, but this ruling is still crucial. The Cemex ruling restores part of what's known as "Joy Silk" doctrine, which was a major factor in the huge boom of unions from the 1940's through 1968. The casino is "considering it's options". I hope that means they cement the rule.
