Nah i bet you they'll be able to crack everything easily enough one day. And they can use an llm to process the information for sentiment and pick out any discourse they deem problematic, without having to manually go through all that data. We're already at the point where the only guaranteed safe information storage is in your mind or on an airgapped physical media

I've been doing this exact thing!! and it's refreshing to see this attitude on Lemmy, which generally seems to really really hate giving the creators of the content they consume any money. People here act like they're entitled to free content and piracy is some moral obligation. Piracy is and should be just a little bit shameful. it's not like it's evil or whatever but you're not supposed to be proud of doing it. I pay for the content i spend the most time with whenever I'm financially comfortable enough to do it.

yes! all of these religions are outdated and not suitable for the world we live in now. Islam is no better or worse than any of the other abrahamic religions, (can't really speak on the others as I'm not as familiar). A lot of terrible people just use religion as an excuse to exert their will on others.
