The fifth amendment doesn't apply to impeachment, nor does it in the event of ballot qualifications. Like, the 5th amendment doesn't apply to age restrictions on holding public office.

The law says,"If you engaged in insurrection, you are ineligible to hold federal office". Just like is says,"If you are under 35, you are ineligible to hold the office of President".

They only read part of the 2A, as well, and none of the context in the rest of the document about it, either.

The whole "well regulated militia", and who and why the militia is.

If the US strikes any NATO member, it's an automatic declaration of war against the aggressor state, which in this case would be the US, under Article 5 of the NATO treaty.

If it doesn't result in an automatic declaration, that means NATO has failed, and isn't worth the paper it's written on. It's a mutual defense treaty.

Turnout is usually about 30%.

Not all do. That's an oak thing really. Pines, most stone fruits, etc, take a path of least resistance, unlike oaks which are more "I am going that way, and NOTHING will stop me!"

But as it stands, I can go up to just about any young woman, and they more than likely would have (at least) been sexually harassed by a man.

Thats's most certainly accurate, since in the US, 1 in 5 women have been raped over the course of their lives.

So, Sexual harassment would be far more likely. I'd guess, 4 in 5 women, if not 5 outta 5.

PA and many other states in a private sale.

No permits needed in NYS for any rifle not semi auto (which was recent, as you could get semi auto rifles with no permit).
