His grief is that in a bill that incentives building near public transit there's not a requirement for private parking? That seems weak.

Another senator expressed concerns for the bill that sought to promote building near public transit saying that her district's light rail went "from nowhere to nowhere." Maybe you should advance a bill that incentives putting things near public transit?

Seems like you had an opportunity to talk to the community that arose around you. My mutual aid group leaned into that and ended up raising hundreds of dollars and filled 5 vans with donations.

2 days ago they were on their couches. Yesterday they got out. Call it baby steps, or too late, or whatever, but you can push them further now that they're actually starting to try something even if you view it as ineffective.

Idgaf. There's already ways to see all my fucking comments, go ahead and run your precious heuristics on my vocabulary.

The only way I saw its use on Reddit was to see if someone used the n word. That seems like a waste of computational resources on a platform ultimately erected by volunteers.

What if I don't consume ice?

Do you know someone with a 3d printer? A replacement could be produced with a flexible filament.

Yeah, I worded that oddly. I don't really bring it up, but I'm not putting myself in a position where I need to explain that to my evangelical grandparents or parents.

I'm pan, but tell most people I'm bi so I don't have to have an argument about the distinction between a term they likely know and is close enough and something they haven't heard of.

He doesn't need an excuse.

How do you propose blue states "withhold federal taxes?" I pay my federal taxes to the fed directly, not through my state. Do states have mechanisms to prevent their citizens and businesses from doing the same?

I'm not sending anyone to do anything. I'm just pointing out that if a military is gathering at your city that's a clear sign of you being invaded, and that asking them nicely to stop will accomplish nothing. In this case the first military to show up in the city is the US military, not a foreign one, but that's not a difference worthy of distinction.

Feel free to stop paying your taxes if you want, but no rights were ever won or secured without violence (no distinction here about whether that's on or by protestors).

They've already deployed troops. Blue states banding together to say "please don't invade us" will do absolutely nothing to stop him deploying troops, especially when the only problem Trump has with Blue States is that they are Blue.
