Software in this way is provided with a licensen, and the very first thing it will say is 'provided on an "as is" basis and no libility is taken regarding its function or purpose' If a private server runs a gitlab instance and someone has the brilliant idea to upload Something illegal on it; gitlab is not liable because that would be insane.

The entire statement reeks of copy paste slob and minor legal jargon but is full of holes.

'Not financially viable' is the only truth here, if we asse there is work required to make.it available. You already MADE the software, which is most of the work. Just let us revere engineer it

Depends on your country and the law. In the EU AFAIK this would be classified as medical and illegal to query without your consent. And I've never heard of anyone who isn't a doctor getting such a request.

Are you certain its actual ram usage and not reserved ? Usually when a program requests huge amounts of ram it is not given it until it actually writes to it. Try running free and check what it says.

edit the www to old it should work again, I got the same thing I think its some user agent stuff but I am not 100% sure.

Looking at the release notes for 3.x.x https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/os/releases/-/releases What exactly is special about this? This looks like any other x.1 bump or similar. The google certification thing is cool but I dont see a massive reason to make an actual life stream?
