TBH on Day 1 the Biden admin put back in place the 72 hour holding limitations and returned the ICE focus to criminals only, so pretty much any policy they can sign into law would be a relief compared to the shitstorm that is Republican Policy.

In fact, under Trump there were less convictions and less deportations of migrants as a result of the Trump era policy, so it is super wierd to me that they even pretend to be worried about border security as a policy.
