Kind of freaking out over the idea of having to have my picture taken for my passport.
What if I have to see it and I donβt like what I see and it causes me to spiral?
I feel like Iβve been making progress these last few months and have been emotionally stable, I donβt want to ruin that.
I know it's not entirely helpful, but you really will only look at it once or twice a year (even traveling internationally more than once in the last year I stopped looking at it entirely). it won't be an amazing pic because no passport pic is amazing, but it's serviceable and (in my experience) no where near as unflattering as you'd think it would be

I always hated my ID photos in the past, but I got a health card photo taken like two years ago and it actually looks pretty good which is a maasive triumph to me. Bangs set perfect, beautiful curly hair. I look awesome, I flash that shit for ID everywhere.I'm incredibly jealous!
