It was unclear on Saturday what might have motivated the attack.

Definitely not centuries of assassins, thieves, rapists, and killers preying on the population. That's certainly not a factor, especially after the men who sicced assassins on Breonna Taylor in her sleep were completely absolved of responsibility this week.

Officer Burke was shot and killed while sitting in his patrol vehicle on a break.

They're going to go fucking berserk. This is one of their greatest, and least rational or realistic, fears.
