Their fries are always so chalky and dry, they legitimate taste fucking disgusting. Burgers are amazing, though.
Amazing burgers and the worst fast-food fries on the planet. In ‘n Out is such a weird dichotomy.
Order them well done and they improve drastically.
Or do like OP and mask them in every sauce in the building

It definitely improves them, but not by much
I don't like their fries all that much either, but on the off chance that you've been eating them unsalted, they don't salt them, just give you the salt on the side.
