Being frustrated is an emotion and there are no bad emotions. There are bad ways to deal with emotions but it doesn't sound like that's an issue you have.
Emotions are good and should be acknowledged and definitely not something you should feel bad for.

Aww thank you and you're very welcome, I had the exact same reaction when I first heard that "there are no bad emotions only bad ways to deal with them" and am so happy I could pay it forward (I think thats the phrase?)

probably not going to be news to everyone else, but I feel like grabbing everyone I know and going off about this ๐so just keep in your head today the knowledge that I'm spending the day restraining myself from grabbing people by the shoulders and giving excited lectures
