so what i am taking away from all of this over the last few day is that it is likely that EU bullets are being used on civilians (rather than tactical nukes or fictional dirty bombs)

Isn't this about enriched uranium being found in bomb craters? What does this have to do with bullets?

i'm not actually gonna answer your question because in my original post i mixed up depleted uranium and enriched uranium and so instead i now invite you to imagine me as a sheepish looking pig with the text "supposed uranium expert" superimposed underneath

You can just edit your orginal comment you know. For what its worth assuming depleted uranium is also being used is far from unreasonable. isntrael

It's possible they're EU bullets, but I also don't think that would make sense because EU is much more difficult to find (and thus expensive) than DU. I also can't find their existing from looking it up online but we all know how terrible search engines are now.
