Until this day, always when i open a terminal on my colleague's Mac and fix his problem with mostly [ up,up,up -> Enter ] he keeps looking at me like i just took a dump in front of his house, for the rest of the day.

Edit: we have worked together for 20 years by now

So if I understand this right, his terminal history consists entirely of commands you've run to fix his recurring problems.

I have the opposite experience where I opened a terminal on a colleague's Mac and fixed his env variables and he was mostly impressed.
