Have you considered a T blocker that won't wring out your bladder like a wet rag?

damn, I thought 200mg was standard ... I was on 300mg for a few years before switching to CPA this week... does that mean I am a T deity of some kind??

I think 200 is a standard start and then a lot of girls go down after that - not sure though!
Yeah I'm not an endocrinologist! I know I was high T, but also high aromatase, so I'd actually already been biosynthesizing it into E before I even started (and, in hindsight, my comfort with that fact probably should have been interpreted as a sign I'm trans lol)
