That's great! I'm glad you found something that works for you. Like I said, my laptop is running Linux (Arch btw) and I've had fun learning a new OS and I do enjoy the lack of bloatware.

I guess what I meant to say is that people act like windows is unusable, as in, they can't figure out how to use the OS like it's something very complex.

I guess what I meant to say is that it is when it won't load my desktop. And I mean I tried, left it "logging in" for a week before I finally gave up, and that was the last time after previously giving it "a few hours" and "a day" and I wanted to see if it would ever load. It didn't, so I'm calling that "unusable," at least for me and my hardware/budget.

Which is completely fair to say but does not mean that people here should shit on windows users in general. If it works for them, let them do their thing.

For sure. Of course, that doesn't mean I can't talk about why I like linux, or that in my opinion windows and microsoft suck, and they're free to do the opposite. Plenty of "PC master race" type communities and folks also do exist btw.
