Also we were told by the organizers to get our student id book things (idk what they're called in English) so we can avoid being infiltrated by the ruling party, which we are opposing, members causing havoc. Not sure If that's a problem.

Bring an A5 notepad to grab contact details for any group and store pamphlets/stickers. I like the ones with a wire ring binder. You can hang a pencil on the binder and quickly tear out pages, which is useful. Very cheap.

A permanent marker.

A nondescript scarf.

Water. If you want to be more prepared, trail mix and salty chips. Salt helps water retention.

More water. Idk, I always go through mine quicker than I think, but I'm in a hot climate
