He followed RFK right? I had a thought maybe he saw the public response and hoped Trump might parden him because he is trying to help fix the healthcare industry like RFK has been talking about. It's in the realm of possibility that he is framed by police so they don't look totally incompetent, it's odd that he would be careful up to that point and be anywhere in public with what he had unless he was trying to get caught, hoping for fame or something.
