The "keep hands visible" is so fucked up. I wonder how many school shooter body counts are padded by twitchy cops?
the question reminds me of that black therapist with his mentally disabled patient playing with his toy, the therapist had his hands up on the air on the floor on his back and the cops still shot him.
when asked why he shot he said "i don't know."
