What you linked said Atlantic/Shortness are protected. Pictures days it's a Lake Sturgeon (rock) so seems like it might have been okay to take the pic.
Why do people @ a bunch of people now? They'll naturally see the reply in the comment chain
Weird Kbin stuff
It's a kbin setting... It needs some refining. There is no @ autocomplete, so turning it on is the only way to have easy access to the names of who you want to ping. But people who don't know how it works...
Anyways, you also have to turn on notifications to see if people respond to you in kbin. So it needs some work.
If they have a stamp and it is in season it is completely legal. If not they will be arrested and fined.
