My company will move to 3 days per week in the office soon (from 1 day). I will come in, drink coffee, talk to colleagues and plan to work, but not be able to actually work in that environment due to noise and disruptions.

So I will be almost not productive at all but I guess that's fine. Other coworkers have the same attitude. We will come in and be there but just not even try to actually do work since it's very hard, and we didn't choose to work in that office.

"Nobody wants to work" right? Well, I was working, all was good, but I guess they don't want me to. :)

When you can't negotiate working conditions or wages but you can still control amount of laboue output... Why would anyone with self respect continue to provide high output.?
