One person "j_s_0e6b87" is already driving the price up a lot really early. 9 days to go, and already 500(as of now). Always as soon as someone overbids them, they go up. Like pretty committed already financially. Jumped the price from 425 to like 500 in one go. Other bidders clme and go, but they stay.

Of course it's playing with fire, but I kinda would love to see how much money they could waste to get "hexbear.net" of all things. I don't know what Urls usually go for, but 505 seems like a lot.

Yeah maybe we could beg that they could put up a notice for a week or so with a redirect to the new domain, so that everyone can get informed.

Sent them this:

There has recently been a lapse in domain registration for the site hexbear.net and said domain has entered the auction phase.

This domain is currently hosting an active site with many daily users, the previous domain holder has vanished and the lapse in payment was not something the current administration team was able to rectify without their information.

Currently, the site has been redirected to chapo.chat, but losing the hexbear.net registration will pose a large security risk for users of the site as a malicious actor could MITM them.

If there is any way we could transfer domain ownership to someone affiliated with the current site's administration team, possibly paying a fine for missed payment and ending the auction it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
