never again shall only one person have access to the domain's admin account and cause this to happen again.
i think we can all share the GoDaddy/Porkbun/etc account and it won't cause any issues & will also ensure that the lease does not lapse again!!

Actually, I’m remembering the David Graeber anecdote about how collectively owning a car was so difficult to do in a completely horizontal organization that they ended up scrapping the thing
off the top of my head, maybe there could be one person payed to be the driver/scheduler to coordinate requests and plan the days routs?
of course, first instincts are usually have some unseen flaw, I'm sure there's a reason this couldn't work
