I would unironically just keep the insults simple and simply keep calling them stupid over and over.

I want the left to hold the title of the “super rationalist skeptics” the right enjoyed in the mid 2010s. Yes, I understand we will alienate a lot of young men, but I can see this attracting nerdier, smarter young men who feel isolated in society.

It was kind of nice seeing their smug grin wiped off their face and them trying to clumsily play it cool for like a week. Of course, calling republicans weird WoUlD aLiEnAtE tHe WoRkInG cLaSs so it was quickly abandoned.
