This is just one of thousands of examples of immense disrespect. And his cult follows him along through everything.

I'm all seriousness, if you find this appealing, would you not be happier if you just move there? If you have no allegiance to this country, please be respectful, have some dignity, and don't actively try to ruin it for the rest of us. Stop trying to sabotage this country by actively undermining it.

I'm skeptical that he picked up absolutely none of the local language while being immersed in it.
I'm sure not a ton of people spoke to him, but like... 60 years?

Once you have been labelled with a psychological disorder, medical staff view you through that lens. It defines you to them. They cannot see anything else. The man might have started speaking actual ~~English~~ Russian (as it turns out) but if his chart says, "Cannot communicate," you'd be shocked how often other evidence gets disregarded.

What were the conditions of his stay? Was this 60 years of solitary confinement with no activities to engage with? No art or human interaction?
In which case, never mind the rest, it's a medical miracle the dude isn't a catatonic.
