Links must be to the original source, not an aggregator like Google Amp, MSN, or Yahoo.

Example:

  1. Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
  2. Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
  4. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.

All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

That's all the rules!

Elon Musk issued a curt rebuke of ketamine abuse allegations after a viral clip of his erratic behavior at a dinner recirculated online.

The clip—taken in March during a visit to Donald Trump’s Bedminster golf club in New Jersey—shows Musk balancing spoons at a dinner table while one of his baby mamas, Shivon Zilis, watches in silent concern.

At the time, X user and “retired army medic” Molly Ploofkins tweeted the clip with the caption, “Musk playing with his silverware while tripping on ketamine at Bedminster.”

What do you mean he couldn't get a transplant? He'll buy homes in every state to jump the list like Steve Jobs did after ignoring medical advice.

He can surely buy a transplant - he will surely find a nice African or Central Asian fellow who will donate him one out of generosity and then the same fellow will find a bit of money on the street. Or a less nice Chinese citizen with reduced freedom to live.

But that doesn't change the fact that transplants need tissue to connect to. You usually connect a kidney transplant directly to the bladder, but in some cases you can use a bit of a ureter. But: For that to work you need uninflammed, structurally sound tissue.

Which often not present in these cases it seems. So...he can get a transplant organ but it won't work surgically. In theory you can also connect the new ureter to the rectum - but that, combined with immunosuppressive medication is a no-go as well.

So... It's likely he wouldn't be able to get a surgically sound and midterm successful transplant. Just like Jobs couldn't be saved back then.

I doubt he'd accept organs of a different race.

Using someone for parts would be in character. They're not people, they're objects to him.

Good point. But I think he still will find either a techbro or a poor white fellow from the Caucasus or something for it.

Or asks Putin for one ...

I think he means that the ureter itself cannot be transplanted, so the root cause is not solvable. A kidney transplant would be like putting in a new lightbulb in a defective lamp.
